Helping Non-profits with Free Printing

Since 2015, bopi has offered Print4Good, an initiative to benefit its communities by offering free printing services to non-profit organizations. One of bopi’s core values is community involvement and Print4Good is one way that is put into action.

“Non-profits are an important part of the community fabric in the markets we serve,” says bopi President and CEO Tom Mercier. “We are proud to support the great work they are doing.”

Registered 501(c)3 organizations are invited to submit requests and graphics files meeting program requirements. Accepted proposals will receive cost-free printing from bopi. Artwork submissions can be made to bopi’s digital storefront, must adhere to production specifications and be accompanied with proof of 501(c)3 status. Each entity will receive either 2,000 of an 8.5 x 11 item (flat, folded in half or trifold) or 1,000 of a 17 x 11 (flat or folded in half) on coated text paper.

Artwork submission deadline is mid-November with a print date early December each year. Contact your bopi account executive for details or call 309-662-3395 and ask for Print4Good assistance.
